Review Standards

First-hand experience only
Only post reviews of services you have personally used. Second-hand or hearsay reviews are not permitted.

Be honest and accurate
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Exaggeration, fabrication, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

Include relevant details
Good reviews include date, location, service type, and honest ratings. Vague one-line reviews may be removed.

No fake or paid reviews
Posting reviews in exchange for compensation or any benefit is grounds for immediate permanent ban.

One review per encounter
Do not post multiple reviews of the same encounter. Duplicates will be removed.
Respectful Conduct

No harassment or personal attacks
Disagreements must remain civil. Targeting, threatening, or harassing other members will result in an immediate ban.

No racism, hate speech, or discrimination
Content targeting any person based on race, gender, orientation, or religion is strictly forbidden.

No doxxing
Posting personal information about providers or members without consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Respect providers
Reviews must be factual and respectful. Derogatory or degrading content without factual basis will be removed.
Posting Guidelines

Post in the correct section
Toronto reviews go in Toronto sections, Montréal in Montréal sections, etc. Off-topic posts will be moved or removed.

No spam or self-promotion
No advertisements or promotional content outside of designated classified sections.

No contact information in reviews
Phone numbers, emails, websites, and social handles are not permitted in review posts.

English or French only
Posts must be written in English or French.

Proper titles required
Include provider name and city minimum. Example: “Agency Name — Toronto Review”
Warnings & Alerts

Evidence required
Warning posts must include factual, verifiable information. Unsubstantiated accusations will be removed immediately.

No vendettas
Warning posts must be genuine safety alerts, not personal disputes.

Report suspicious activity
If you suspect fraudulent activity, use the Warnings section or contact moderation directly.
Account Rules

One account per person
Multiple accounts are prohibited. Evading a ban will result in all accounts being permanently banned.

Keep your account secure
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

New member restrictions
New members must make 5 posts before accessing certain sections.

Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to register. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.
Moderation & Appeals
